We are a U.S.-based company dedicated to providing high-quality therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly motivated HR Senior Supervisor to join our team in Guatemala.
What We’re Looking For:
We seek an experienced HR professional with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for professional growth. While not mandatory, knowledge of California or U.S. employment laws is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the HR team in daily operations
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance processes
Ensure compliance with internal policies and support alignment with U.S. HR practices
Partner with leadership to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement
Manage documentation, reporting, and HR administrative processes
Support continuous improvement initiatives within the human resources function
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
Experience in HR leadership or supervisory roles
Strong understanding of HR best practices
Knowledge of U.S. or California labor laws (ideal, not required)
Excellent interpersonal skills and a growth-oriented mindset
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism
