As an intern on the Human Resources team, you will have the opportunity to help drive Aptiv’s HR and Talent Programs. You will gain hands-on experience and play a key role in supporting initiatives designed to develop the next generation of talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of learning frameworks to address skill gaps and contribute to succession planning.

  • Collect and analyze feedback from employee surveys to continuously refine leadership strategies.

  • Collaborate with HR leaders and external vendors to streamline HR Talent processes

  • Help maintain metrics to monitor the performance of HR programs and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Assist in the coordination of key events, such as in-person summits and Talent initiatives

  • Support the immigration process, ensuring smooth transitions for employee assignments.

  • Maintain HR dashboards and reports, tracking key insights like diversity, attrition, internal mobility

  • Ensure compliance with legal and industry guidelines in all HR processes and programs.

Your background:

  • Graduate of final year student in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics or Law.

  • Practical experience, such as an internship, in a relevant field.

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks and prioritizing to meet deadlines.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal and decision-making skills.
