About the Role

The HRIS & Transformation Lead plays a key role in delivering KKR’s global People Technology strategy. Based in Dublin, this role supports all regions globally and is responsible for leading the design, optimisation, and governance of HR systems and data, enabling efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR operations across the firm.

Working closely with HR, Technology, and business partners, the role drives process automation, digital adoption, and the responsible use of AI to enhance employee experience and decision-making. The successful candidate combines hands-on systems expertise—particularly in Workday—with a transformation mindset to modernise how HR delivers value globally.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the HRIS team in the delivery and ongoing optimisation of Workday and connected platforms (including ServiceNow and Greenhouse), ensuring stable operations, strong configuration standards, and an excellent user experience.

  • Partner with HRIT within Technology to shape and support delivery of the HR systems roadmap, including demand intake, prioritisation, design standards, documentation, and decision forums.

  • Collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence (COEs) and People Operations to design and implement standardised, efficient HR processes across the employee lifecycle, with clear ownership boundaries and scalable solutions.

  • Oversee release management and change delivery for Workday and connected platforms, ensuring testing discipline, quality assurance, alignment with controls, and readiness for adoption.

  • Ensure effective integration and coordination with Technology, Finance, and other enterprise partners, including upstream and downstream impacts and third-party vendor connections.

  • Oversee data governance, integrity, privacy, and security across all HR systems.

  • Enable advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to support business and people strategies.

  • Provide strategic thought leadership on HR process and technology transformation.

  • Manage vendor relationships and external consultants, as required, in partnership with HRIT, ensuring clear deliverables, quality standards, and effective knowledge transfer to the internal team.

Qualifications
  • ~10+ years of experience in HR Technology or HRIS roles, including deep Workday expertise and a strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes.

  • Proven ability to lead HR systems transformation or process automation initiatives in complex, global environments.

  • People leadership experience, including developing teams, setting priorities, and operating an effective delivery cadence.

  • High integrity and discretion, with experience handling sensitive employee and firm information.

  • Strong understanding of global HR processes, compliance requirements, and data governance practices.

  • Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Self-starter with strong execution capability, sound judgment, and collaborative working style.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday-adjacent platforms such as ServiceNow HR case management and Greenhouse, including integration with Workday.

  • Experience working in regulated environments, such as financial services or insurance.

  • Demonstrated interest and practical experience in responsible AI, automation, and digital adoption within HR.

  • Consulting or advisory background, or experience operating as a strategic partner to senior HR leaders.
