REQUIREMENTS
- Monthly reporting on HR metrics for senior management team. Delivering data that accurately reports retention and attrition, absenteeism, track probation leaves, protective leaves and ultimately ensure data integrity.
- Maintain discipline in following HR SOPs end‑to‑end and escalate any breaks in process immediately to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely action.
- Absence Management: Manage sick leave certifications, annual leave reports, and return-to-work processes.
- Assisting with performance issues, employee relations matters and day to day queries.
- Compliance documentation and right-to-work checks
- Supporting training and workshops in a timely manner.
- Leading engagement initiatives, wellness programmes & coordinating events to further promote an inclusive environment.
- Benefits & vendor coordination
- Other HR projects as required.
Experience:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a keen team player.
- Experience working with HRIS systems & excellent MS Office / Excel skills. Ability to generate & interpret HR metrics including turnover, time to hire and engagement.
- Strong attention to detail
- Good knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
