The Role
The Human Resources Coordinator supports the functional and transnational areas of the Human Resources department. The role coordinates and assists with recruiting and onboarding activities using HRIS, ATS, telephone and email. The role assists with ATS and HRIS data entry and reporting, and with creating and maintaining personnel records. The role works with HR leadership with the maintenance and the development of Human Resource procedures and policies. The role processes background checks and employment verification. The role assists HR leadership with maintenance and the development of Human Resource procedures and policies.
What You’ll Do
- Offboarding process (voluntary resignations), follow up Workday process and ensure final cycle
- Employee experience (ticketing system, HR inbox attendance, manual creations, etc
- Counseling and informing applicants and employees about company rules, policies, benefits, procedures and job opportunities.
- Routing inquiries to appropriate areas.
- Responsible for the pre onboarding, on boarding and hiring process flows across the internal processes for CANADA AND US employees
- Responsible of the offboarding process flows and comply with all internal steps
- Responsible for exit interview process
- Enter data into Workday system and maintain accurate personnel files
- Supported the administration of the Performance Management system, and the Time and Attendance timecard system.
