People & Culture Manager/ HR Business Partner

We’re looking for an experienced People & Culture Manager/HR Business Partner to join our team. This is a hands on, people focused role supporting the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leaders to deliver our people strategy. You will balance day to day HR delivery with forward looking, commercial HR support that strengthens our culture, enhances the employee experience and drives business impact. You will work with smart, collaborative teams in a supportive, professional and forward-thinking environment with opportunities to grow and develop your career.  

Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and leaders, providing pragmatic guidance, coaching and solutions that support performance and engagement.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, responsiveness and service excellence across the People team and beyond.
  • Lead our performance and development cycles, ensuring consistent fair processes and a strong culture of feedback.
  • Drive learning initiatives to build current capability and future skills.
  • Ensure smooth management of compensation and benefits processes including accurate data management, payroll flows and market benchmarking.
  • Ensure operational excellence across the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, driving continuous improvement informed by employee feedback and HR data and insights to inform decisions.
  • Lead initiatives that strengthen engagement, recognition, inclusion and wellbeing across the business.
  • Ensure policies, compliance, and employment law requirements are consistently met.
  • Incorporate AI tools to streamline HR processes and enhance reporting to drive continuous development of people reporting and analytics. 
  • Support senior‑level hiring through participation in interviews and talent calibration sessions.
Your experience should include:
  • A degree in HR, Business, or a related field; postgraduate HR qualification/ CIPD accreditation is a strong advantage.
  • 5+ years’ HR experience across senior generalist or HR business partner roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
  • Proven experience advising managers, navigating ER matters and driving people initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and employee benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills.
  • A proactive, people-first approach with the ability to balance empathy with sound commercial judgement.
  • Strong capability working with HRIS systems and AI enabled HR tools.
