Your key responsibilities:

Support the HR data strategy, across traditional data platforms (SQL Server) and cloud platforms (Backbone, Telescope, Taleo Arch.)

Develop algorithms and automated processes to cleanse, integrate, and evaluate large datasets from multiple disparate sources.

Interact with business leaders and product teams to identify business questions and issues for data analysis and experiments.

Conduct analytical research studies and establish predictive analytics related to recruiting, retention, growth, performance, team effectiveness, and leadership effectiveness connected to business needs.

High proficiency in Python (Pref.) / R and proficiency in SQL. Additionally, experience in GIT is desirable

Experience with ML (regression, classification, forecasting) and ML workflows (cross validation, hyper parameter tuning, hold out testing)
