Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate check in's , tasks and initiatives across various stages of the employee life cycle including session scheduling, collating feedback and reporting on same.
- Ensuring checklists are signed off and completed to support across different stage of the employee life cycle.
- Ensuring administration is completed in a timely fashion ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and promote positive employee relations.
- Maintain the HRIS database, reports and employee information.
- Assist the People Department with key HR projects and other ad hoc duties as required.
Key Skills and Requirements;
- HR or Recruitment Administration experience desirable.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills are essential.
- Natural communicator and ability to relationship build essential.
- Strong understanding of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Diplomatic and confidential at all times.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- High energy and positive approach, thrives in a fast paced, team oriented environment
- High level of initiative, drive with the ability to prioritise workload and deal with conflicting priorities
