You are a specialist in a process, workstream or area in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations.
How you will contribute
You will use your in-depth process and service knowledge in your area of expertise to ensure that service level agreements and obligations are met. As a co-owner of the development of standard operating procedures, you will drive standardization and simplification of processes. In addition, you will provide input for training materials, ensure that standard operating procedures and data protection activities comply with Mondelēz International policies and the law, analyze and report on exceptions and offer recommendations for process improvements, and lead the sustainable continuous improvement process for the team.

More about this role
What you need to know about this position:
We have an exciting opportunity for a People Advisor in our Oslo office & plant, supporting key functions of manufacturing and commercial in Norway & Denmark.
The successful candidate will have the great opportunity to partner and interact with colleagues and people managers in our fantastic Freia chocolate factory as well as in our office, located just beside the plant. The plant and the office are centrally located in Oslo at Rodeløkka. You will also partner closely with Nordic People Team and managers in activating and implementing the people agenda.
You will belong to a team of European People Advisors and collaborate with our Nordic people team to support the business, which is the home to amazing brands such as Freia, Kvikk Lunsj, Philadelphia, O'Boy, Oreo and Ritz.
In this role you are exposed to a business of significant scale, where you will be able to partner both the people managers and functional leaders, balancing the difference between HR processes for the plant and commercial population.
You will act as a champion for our people processes and activities during the yearly HR cycle such as engagement survey. In addition, you will be coaching our people in using our Self-Service model and HR system (Workday) activities, training coordination, keeping company policies up to date and other people processes.
For our production workers in the Nordics you will be responsible for HR administration and Workday transactions for both Oslo and Stockholm plants, as well as recruitment end-to-end process.
Candidate requirements
  • University Degree or equivalent.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English essential.
  • Experience in an HR Role

  • I don't see how someone without any HR prior experience could fill this position. For me it's critical. We can discuss about how many years of experience is needed or the HR area of expertise. But it's not desirable from my point of view.
