Your Responsibilities
- Investigate and address employee complaints and concerns, determine the outcome of the concern/case, and report findings to the Hotline team and senior HR leadership.
- Ensure timely resolutions and provide regular follow-up to employees and management throughout the investigation process.
- Consult corporate subject matter experts and legal counsel when necessary.
- Provide training, resources, and support for the global HR team and conduct training sessions on the Hotline Program as requested.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when dealing with employees and management.
- Perform daily data entry and maintenance of the Hotline database, prepare statistical reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement to Magna Groups and Divisions.
Who we are looking for
- Education: 4-year degree preferred.
- Experience: 5-8 years of HR experience, preferably in automotive manufacturing, with knowledge of Magna's HR policies and culture.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, including note-taking and report writing.
- Professional Skills: Strong ethical values and judgment, negotiation and problem-solving abilities, and experience in investigative techniques.
- Adaptability: Ability to handle changing priorities, work independently with little supervision, and collaborate with a global team.
- Relationship Management: Ability to navigate effectively among stakeholders at various levels and appreciate the importance of positive employee relations.
