Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Execute HEOR strategies to demonstrate product value and support commercialization activities.
• Integrate economic and quality-of-life parameters into Phase II and III development programs.
• Develop core HEOR deliverables, including RWE studies, value dossiers, publications, and economic models.
• Accelerate HEOR project start-up to reduce timelines and improve efficiency.
• Represent HEOR on cross-functional teams such as Brand, Clinical, and Value Demonstration Teams.
• Align HEOR strategies with Commercial and Market Access objectives.
• Coordinate HEOR research with country organizations and integrate local needs into development plans.
• Communicate research findings effectively to internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in a scientific discipline and a graduate degree in health economics or related field.
• Strong knowledge of epidemiology, biostatistics, health services research, or pharmaceutical sciences.
• Proven ability to execute HEOR and RWE strategies effectively.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
