Team/Role Overview

The Head of Transactions Services Data, Metrics and Reporting will be responsible for alignment to Securities Services Middle Office Data standards, the implementation of globally consistent metrics in partnership with the Transaction Services leadership team and the transformation of current Transaction Services Reporting and Billing outputs.
 

What you’ll do

  • Document a delivery plan and timeline for each stream, establishing a virtual team across the department to drive delivery.
  • Establish appropriate governance that drives an execution mindset amongst the team and enables input and feedback from key stakeholders across Operations, Product and Technology
  • Deliver timely and effective status reporting
  • Align with Citi Digital and Data streams to ensure proposed solutions are delivered on strategic architecture
  • Provide an in-depth analysis and develop solutions across each of the streams
  • Assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Advise and coach new/lower level personnel
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

What we’ll need from you

  • Relevant experience in Data Management/Analytics in finance organization
  • Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • Subject matter expert in at least one area of Securities and Derivatives processing
  • Strong analytical mindset and technical expertise to support data analysis phase.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
