What you’ll do

• Ensure the Trading Operations Framework complies with all regulatory obligations.

• Maintain efficient operations to enhance client experience and safeguard client and

firm interests.

• Oversee pricing rollovers, regulatory reports, and complex issue resolution.

• Configure and maintain trading platforms and reference data.

• Support COO in key stakeholder management both internally and externally (Trading

Counterparties, Custodians, Data Vendors, etc.).

• Manage the Trading Operations team, including performance reporting.

• Lead new initiatives and process automation and documentation enhancement.

• Provide training and operational support.

What you need to have

• At least 10 years’ experience in Middle, Back-office, Reconciliation, Corporate Action

functions ideally working with a MiFID Investment firm and retail exposure.

• A thorough knowledge of the full trade lifecycle including; settlement and clearing,

custody, corporate action processing and dividends, taxes for CFDs and Equity

products.

• Experience in process creation and procedure documentation.

• Analytical skills to decompose complex problems.

• Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

• Self-motivated, proactive attitude, and team player.

• Strong time management and error identification skills.

• Risk mitigation mindset.
