The Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Services to lead our team of professionals responsible for the implementation, reporting, and integration of AccountsIQ.

This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction across all engagements.  

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth by innovating our services and utilising technology for both the direct and partner channel.

Responsibilities

• You will manage and mentor a team of 10-12 professionals, ensuring high performance and growth
• Your role involves acting as the primary client contact for implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to specification
• You will develop and maintain service standards for implementation, reporting, training, and integration
• Collaborating with senior management, you'll help set and achieve strategic goals for the team
• You'll coordinate with Sales, Product Management, and Support to ensure that service offerings meet client needs and provide feedback for product improvements
• Designing and delivering training programs for both clients and staff will also be part of your responsibilities
• Additionally, you'll handle departmental budgeting and financial oversight, ensuring effective resource allocation
• Implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes to enhance service efficiency will be crucial to your role.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant or related field with robust financial domain experience
• 5-10 years’ experience managing and scaling high- performing teams, ideally in SaaS or finance management software industry
• Proven track record of implementing complex ERP systems
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
