We have an excellent opportunity available for a talented and inspirational Head of Sales to make a difference at Kraft Heinz Ireland. You'll be reporting into our Managing Director Ireland and be a key member of the Ireland Leadership Team responsible for leading the retail sales function.

What you'll do:
- Provide strategic direction/input for development of Customer and Field sales strategies in line with business requirements
- Develop and communicate key priorities for the sales organisation to ensure we respond to the needs of the consumer in a strategic way.
- Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed sales targets/KPIs
- Ensure resources are prioritised and focused on Must Wins Brands and Customers
- Ensure effective liaison with Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and other functions to manage trade off and drive for overall objectives achievement
- Be an active member of the Ireland Leadership team, driving performance whilst helping develop the future direction of the sales function across key workstreams.
- Drive performance and capability across a team of direct and indirect team members through coaching and inspiring them to be the best that they can be
- Lead the Digital Transformation agenda for the Sales function using technology to optimise our strategies and investments across our categories and portfolio.
- Lead the sales team in developing relationships and networks across the customer base to support the delivery of the business plan
What you'll need:
- Senior sales experience and ideally have multi-category experience
- Strong coaching and motivational skills
- Advanced analytical and organizational skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
