About

We are looking for a talented Head of Revenue Operations to lead our efforts in building a world-class revenue operations function. In this high-impact role, you will own and optimise the systems, processes, and insights that drive predictable and scalable revenue growth.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and operational efficiency across the entire revenue engine. Your strategic and data-driven mindset will enable Lokalise to achieve ambitious growth goals, improve operational efficiency, and enhance our decision-making processes.


You Will 

  • Own the revenue operations strategy: Design, implement, and optimise scalable processes to support end-to-end revenue generation and operational efficiency.
  • Enable data-driven decision-making: Develop and manage analytics frameworks to provide actionable insights, performance metrics, and forecasts for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
  • Optimise go-to-market systems: Implement and manage revenue tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Gong) to enhance productivity and ensure data integrity.
  • Ensure rapid time-to-productivity: Design and deliver effective onboarding programmes, processes, and enablement initiatives to ensure new starters achieve productivity quickly and successfully.
  • Support strategic planning: Partner with leadership to drive annual planning, quota setting, and performance tracking while maintaining alignment with Lokalise’s overall business objectives.
  • Improve cross-functional alignment: Foster collaboration across teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and deliver on shared revenue goals.
  • Lead and mentor the Revenue Operations team: Build and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and excellence.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives: Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and inefficiencies in revenue operations and implement best practices to continuously optimise performance.


You Must Have

  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or business operations within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing and optimising revenue systems (e.g., Salesforce, Clari, Gong) and processes.
  • Proven experience leveraging data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements.
  • Strong track record of aligning cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience leading and growing high-performing teams.


It’s a Plus If You Have 

  • Expertise in localisation or translation management industries.
  • Familiarity with AI-enhanced tools and processes.
  • Experience creating playbooks and frameworks for scaling operations globally.
