Job Description

We are seeking a strategic Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) to join our dynamic team at Taiga Cloud. In this role you will be responsible for optimizing revenue generation processes, streamlining operations, and driving overall efficiency across sales, marketing, and customer success functions.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance revenue performance and contribute to the company’s growth. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record in revenue operations within the tech or cloud services industry

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy that aligns with Taiga Cloud’s business objectives and growth goals.

  • Process Optimisation: Streamline & enhance the efficiency of revenue-generating processes across marketing, sales, and customer success.

  • Data and Analytics: Implement robust analytics and reporting frameworks to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.

  • Tech Stack Management: Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of RevOps tools and technologies to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong collaboration between marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive strategies and unified execution.

  • Revenue Forecasting: Lead revenue forecasting and planning efforts, providing accurate and actionable insights to senior leadership.

  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and optimize key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and achieve revenue targets.

  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform strategic initiatives and maintain a competitive edge.

  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-performing RevOps team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or a related field within the tech or cloud services industry.

  • Leadership: Proven track record of leading and scaling revenue operations teams, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and strategic impact.

  • Technical Proficiency: Possess a deep understanding of RevOps tools & technologies (e.g., CRM, marketing automation, sales enablement tools) and their application in driving revenue growth.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.

  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organisation.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the generative AI and cloud services market, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities.
