As Head of People & Culture, you will be instrumental in shaping our company's growth and success by building and leading a high-performing People team. You will play a pivotal role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent while fostering a positive and inclusive company culture.

- build, develop, and lead a high-performing HR team, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their success
- develop and execute a robust talent acquisition strategy to attract, assess, and hire top-tier talent across all functions
- oversee all HR operations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and managing employee relations
- set clear people KPIs and lead your team to achieve ambitious goals
- collaborate with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives and drive organizational growth
- foster a positive and inclusive company culture that aligns with our mission and values, promoting employee engagement and satisfaction
- create and implement comprehensive employee development programs to support individual and team growth, including performance reviews, mentorship, and training initiatives
QualificationsWhat you bring to the table
- Proven track record of success in HR leadership roles, with experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience in building and scaling a company from early-stage to late-stage growth
- Experience in a technology or SaaS company
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices and experience building and scaling high-performing teams
- Sound knowledge of German and international labor law as well as experience with international legal entity structures and EOR providers
- Experience in change management and organizational development
- Excellent communication skills, even in challenging situations
- Hands-on mentality, determined and assertive mindset with focus on company goals
- Near native / business fluent (C2) written and spoken English
- German and other language skills are a plus
