Overview of the role:

This is a crucial new role in the continued development of the Flutter Studios business unit at Flutter. As Head of Insights & Analytics, you will build and lead a team of analysts in delivering actionable insights that drive game portfolio growth, product/ platform strategy, and commercial decision-making across the Flutter Studios casino products that are live on Flutter Casino brands globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the development and implementation of a comprehensive data and analytics strategy aligned with our objectives.

You’ll be reporting directly into the Managing Director, Flutter Studios, as part of a Leadership Team who all share a strong passion for casino products and an acute understanding of player behaviour/ preferences on Flutter Casino brands.

What you’ll do:

• Lead by example to develop and implement a robust data & analytics vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall Flutter Studios business strategy & goals

• Build, develop, mentor and lead an impactful team, encouraging a data driven team culture with innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement at the core

• Oversee the development of commercial, product, platform & game content insights, which provide input into the respective strategies via a mix of data analysis, advanced analytical models and using data tools to extract meaningful insights from complex data sets, translating these into clear actionable recommendations to drive growth

• Drive the creation of dashboards and reports that provide actionable intelligence to support decision-making

• Stay abreast of industry trends and new technologies to seek opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of analytics initiatives and ongoing monitoring of the Flutter Studios game portfolio

• Work with stakeholders across Flutter Studios to embed data ways of working – in particular with Technology & Product teams to ensure data access, reliability and quality are at the forefront of the continued development of Flutter Studios Platform (FSP)

• Leverage data and analytics insights to input into the product, plat form

• Add value to the overall growth of Flutter Studios as a key member of its Leadership Team

• Develop effective and reliable relationships with key stakeholders in each of the Flutter Casino brands that Flutter Studios partners with.

 What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years proven leadership and commercial experience in a data-driven environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand the broader business & strategic context for online casino markets globally

• Deep understanding of data mining, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics

• Expertise in data visualization and storytelling techniques

• Proficiency in SQL or other relevant programming languages

• Experience with analytics tools (Tableau, Power BI, KNIME etc.)

• Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
