Job Title: Sales & Growth Lead

Location: Remote

Company Overview:

Gratia is a tech-enabled superanalysts platform that provides on-demand, pre-vetted analysts to clients, and apprenticeship-as-a-service to analysts.

On the client side, Gratia delivers superanalysts-as-a-service — sourcing high-potential candidates, rigorously assessing their skills, matching them to appropriate roles, and continuously upskilling them through embedded apprenticeships. On the analyst side, Gratia is building a scalable, platform-based training ecosystem to level the playing field, allowing analysts to win opportunities based on capability and performance — not pedigree.

Gratia’s differentiator lies in its dual commitment to quality and equity: our apprenticeship model ensures high retention and performance, while also unlocking grants and tax credits in the US and beyond.

Introduction:

As Sales & Growth Lead, you will drive Gratia’s go-to-market execution and customer acquisition strategy. This is a pivotal role responsible for accelerating growth, optimizing outbound sales, cultivating key partnerships, and guiding a high-performance team. If you're an entrepreneurial, data-driven leader with a knack for building systems and generating traction, this is your opportunity to make a direct impact on the future of analyst staffing

Responsibilities:

Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:

  • Own and execute the full outbound sales cycle — from prospecting to close — for Gratia’s analyst-as-a-service staffing solution.
  • Develop and test outbound sales cadences using email, LinkedIn, phone, and tools such as Apollo and HubSpot.
  • Research and target strategic decision-makers (e.g., Heads of Strategy, Procurement, Finance, Growth).
  • Tailor pitches to showcase Gratia’s flexible, apprenticeship-based staffing model.
  • Maintain a strong outbound pipeline and track conversions using CRM tools.
  • Run discovery calls to understand client needs and position Gratia as the go-to solution for project-based staffing or long-term analyst needs.
  • Experiment with new verticals, personas, and GTM strategies to optimize results.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to prospective clients, guiding them in defining analyst needs.
  • Manage client relationships through onboarding and early engagement.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and expansion opportunities.
  • Use client feedback to improve service delivery and inform analyst training needs.

Partnership & Channel Development:

  • Establish and manage referral relationships to attract new business.
  • Test and evaluate channel partnership opportunities.
  • Build a network of aligned partners in the talent and staffing ecosystem.

Analytics & Data Tracking:

  • Own and report on outbound KPIs such as meetings booked, SQLs, and pipeline velocity.
  • Continuously test messaging, outreach timing, and targeting strategies.
  • Share learnings with the broader team to drive alignment and performance improvements.

Experience & Attributes:

Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or growth — ideally within early-stage startups, talent platforms, or staffing/recruiting services.
  • Proven success selling staffing or professional services.
  • Experience building outbound sales systems from scratch.
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, or similar platforms.
  • Background in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) is a strong plus.

Attributes

  • Data-driven, analytical thinker with a focus on performance optimization.
  • Strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, ambiguous environment.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: Competitive annual compensation starting at $60k
  • Equity: We offer negotiable equity options to reflect your value and long-term contribution.

Conclusion:

As Sales & Growth Lead at Gratia, you’ll have the opportunity to shape a next-generation analyst platform. Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling Gratia’s client base, refining go-to-market strategies, and strengthening the platform’s impact on analysts and employers alike

This role presents an exciting opportunity to drive Gratia’s growth. If you’re a strategic leader with a passion for scaling businesses and building partnerships, we encourage you to apply. You’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and shaping our growth strategy. If you’re results-driven and eager to make a significant impact, this is the perfect opportunity to grow with us.
