As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Head of Go-to-Market to drive our market expansion, build strong industry partnerships, and lead the charge in events, trade fairs, lead generation, and CRM strategy. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for shaping and executing our market entry strategies, building lasting relationships, and ensuring LeadX Pro’s presence in the industry continues to grow.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE YOU TO TAKE CARE OF
Lead the strategy for market entry and expansion across multiple verticals (e-commerce, leadgen, iGaming, Nutra, and dating). Create actionable go-to-market plans for new product offerings and markets, including identifying key opportunities for partnerships and collaborations.
Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with potential partners across multiple industries. Collaborate with internal teams to build win-win partnerships that drive mutual growth, such as affiliates, and strategic business partners.
Plan, coordinate, and lead participation in industry trade fairs, conferences, and networking events. Take ownership of setting up booths, managing event logistics, and leading the engagement at events to increase brand visibility and establish key connections.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels, from inbound to outbound tactics. Ensure LeadX Pro’s presence at key industry events and in relevant marketplaces.
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of LeadX Pro’s CRM system. Ensure seamless communication between sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to manage leads, track opportunities, and follow up with prospects efficiently.
Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market initiatives. Develop integrated campaigns that combine partnership opportunities, lead generation, and CRM strategies to drive conversions and sales.
Set KPIs and monitor performance for go-to-market strategies, partnership initiatives, and event outcomes. Provide regular reports to senior leadership on progress, results, and areas for improvement.
Innovation & Industry Insights: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to ensure LeadX Pro’s offerings and positioning remain cutting-edge and relevant. Continuously look for new ways to expand our reach and create market opportunities.
WHAT WE WISH YOU’D BRING WITH
Experience in affiliate marketing, particularly within diverse verticals such as E-commerce, Leadgen, iGaming, Nutra, and Dating.
At least 3+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy, partnerships, business development, or event management. Strong background in working within performance marketing, media buying, or related industries such as ecommerce or lead generation.
Extensive experience in identifying and establishing partnerships that drive growth. Strong network in the media buying, affiliate marketing, or related industries, with a deep understanding of where to find and nurture valuable partnerships.
Proven track record of successfully attending, organizing, and leading industry events, trade fairs, and conferences. Ability to create memorable, high-impact experiences that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
Strong background in creating and executing lead generation strategies that yield measurable results. Experience with both online and offline lead gen tactics.
Solid experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and a data-driven approach to managing customer relationships, tracking leads, and optimizing communication strategies.
Strong ability to think strategically while also being hands-on with execution. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills based on data and market insights.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and at industry events. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Experience working in international markets and navigating different cultural dynamics and business practices.
NICE TO HAVE
Experience with Multiple Vertical Markets: Knowledge of the nuances in industries such as iGaming, Nutra, dating, ecommerce, and leadgen.
Comfortable with marketing automation tools, CRM integrations, and the latest in digital marketing technologies.
Fluency in additional languages is a plus, particularly in English, Italian, French, Russian.
Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to execute successful go-to-market strategies.
