What are we looking for

As part of our growth plans, we are expanding our presence in the market and growing our sales team and sales leadership in the US, this in order to better serve our existing customers in the territory and add new customers. 

We are looking for a Head of Enterprise Sales to lead our Enterprise Named accounts sales team - to support leading those growth activities. We are looking for experienced candidates who are passionate about sales leadership, success and winning spirit, to disrupt the Real Estate Investment industry & market. 

As a Head of Enterprise Sales, you and our team will identify and close new opportunities directly with targeted key strategic accounts and new strategic prospects. You'll manage the entire lifecycle of the deal across our entire product line and present the value of our solutions to Enterprise businesses, entrepreneurs, and C-level executives.

What you'll do:

  • Act as a sales player-coach, e.g. run your own pipeline while supporting and leading a team of 2-3 Enterprise Account Executives.
  • Target both pure new logos as well as customers using other competitive solutions. 
  • Manage full sale-cycle, including self-prospecting, online & face to face sales meetings, product demos, proofs of concept, proposals and closing negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain an ongoing sales pipeline through outbound & inbound prospecting and deals - working with SDR’s and with your team members. 
  • Develop a targeted prospecting strategy for the Enterprise real estate market, including weekly prospecting activities to build pipelines.
  • Meet and exceed your individual & team’s sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Manage & report your team’s sales pipeline / forecast effectively in Hubspot CRM / other sales systems.
  • Continually contribute to the development of the sales team, including but not limited to documentation, processes, procedures, solution procurement, and implementation.
  • Enhance sales processes by collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and R&D.
  • Communicate with the Product Team about customers' technical needs and requirements.
  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
  • Complete post-sale processes with the support, onboarding and finance teams.

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven experience as a Senior Sales Account Executive
  • At least 4 years of proven experience as a Sales Director / Team Leader.
  • Ability to lead and develop others - while executing on your own sales targets.
  • Results oriented and goals driven sales DNA.
  • Managing full sale-cycles for SaaS solutions and other services.
  • Experience working with and selling into Enterprise businesses / organizations in the US.
  • Hands-on approach to developing and building pipelines from scratch, including cold calling, email sequence etc.
  • Experience in cross-selling, offering multiple products to both existing and potential customers.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and to meet with stakeholders within accounts.
  • Strong relationship building, negotiating and closing skills.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Self-motivated, self-learner, passionate, and a people person.
  • Fluent English speaker.
  • Willingness to travel for customers meetings and events.

Advantage experience:

  • Familiarity / experience with selling Real-Estate Investment Management domain tools (Juniper, Appfolio, InvestNext, agora etc.) - advantage
  • Experience hunting / selling in Financial Market or Real Estate domains
  • Experience working with sales tools as Avoma / Gong, Outreach, HubSpot, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo etc.
