About the RoleFluidstack is looking for a Head of Corporate IT to build and lead our internal IT function. You’ll be responsible for building and scaling the internal systems, tools, and devices that power our global team, including identity and access management and compliance.
This role owns corporate technology infrastructure and employee-facing IT operations, ensuring high availability, optimized cost, and an excellent user experience. You will serve as the central point of accountability for all internal tooling from day-to-day IT support to strategic technology decisions and compliance readiness.
As our first dedicated IT leader, you'll build the foundation for a modern, scalable, secure internal environment that supports rapid growth.
FocusOwn the corporate IT stack: select, procure, deploy, manage, and retire tools and systems as needed.
Lead identity and access management across internal systems.
Design and enforce policies around device security, data protection, and acceptable use.
Implement ticketing systems and internal support workflows, delivering high-quality service to employees.
Oversee endpoint management, including provisioning and offboarding.
Manage SaaS tools and vendor relationships (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Notion, Salesforce).
Conduct internal risk assessments and partner with InfoSec and Legal on compliance initiatives.
Track IT system health, user experience, and cost efficiency—proactively drive improvements.
Support SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other audit processes through proper documentation and controls.
Build a roadmap and budget to scale internal IT as Fluidstack grows.
7–10+ years of experience in corporate IT, enterprise systems, or internal technology leadership.
Strong understanding of SaaS ecosystems, user provisioning, and cross-platform device management.
Hands-on experience with modern endpoint and identity management platforms.
Ability to design repeatable, scalable workflows for onboarding, access, and support.
Proficient in security and compliance concepts related to internal systems.
Excellent communicator and collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, distributed environment.
Experience supporting SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance is a plus.
