Your Impact
We’re looking for a talented Hardware Project Manager to join our Service team, reporting to the Global Director of Service Delivery. In this role, you will:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of hardware installation projects across Ireland and the UK.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers during project delivery, ensuring clear communication and professional representation.
  • Drive high standards of safety, quality, and governance across all installation and commissioning activities.
What You’ll Do
In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver hardware installation projects, including scheduling, site coordination, and delivery governance.
  • Lead and support field engineers through task allocation, performance guidance, and resource planning.
  • Oversee installation quality, commissioning standards, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular project reporting, progress updates, and maintain commercial awareness throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and updates within NetSuite and project delivery tools.
  • Support smooth project-to-service handovers to the Service & Maintenance teams.
  • Assist with field engineering resource coordination for reactive service and escalation support when required.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, Technical Service, Software Delivery, and Finance to ensure effective execution.
  • Support subcontractor coordination where required.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of global project delivery standards, processes, and field practices.
What You’ll Bring
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
  • 5+ years’ experience in project management or field leadership within an electronic security or technical installation environment.
  • Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and security hardware installation practices.
  • Proven experience managing field engineers or technical resources.
  • Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills in a client-site-based environment.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and escalations.
  • Experience using project management or service delivery platforms.
  • A strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.
Nice to Have
  • Experience delivering hardware projects in critical infrastructure environments such as airports or pharmaceutical sites.
  • Project management certification or formal training (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Diploma).
