Dublin, Guinness Storehouse

Full Time, 12 month Fixed Term Contract

Closing Date –  October 6, 2025

Salary: approximately €46,000/year + €2000/year flexible working allowance

The Guinness Storehouse (GSH) is Ireland’s leading visitor attraction reaching millions of visitors every year. Since opening in 2000, the GSH has continually evolved as an attraction with seven floors of immersive and sensorial visitor experience including our flagship retail store, bars, restaurants, the Guinness Archive and meeting/event spaces. 

We pride ourselves on our service with the warmth and friendliness the Irish are famous for. We recently opened our second Gravity Bar which offers 360-degree panoramic views of Dublin city and over the past twenty years we have invested over €50m into the physical experience to cement our position as one of the leading attractions in the world. In addition to the Guinness Storehouse, we also have the Guinness Open Gate Brewery and Roe & Co Distillery on the same campus. The portfolio is referred to as Irish Brand Homes (IBH).

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a charismatic Team Leader who will proactively help lead the Guinness Storehouse Visitor Experience team daily to deliver world-class experiences to all visitors. This role is around visitor operations, duty management, people management and development.

You will support the Visitor Experience Management team in delivering inspirational and motivating leadership to our large team with the aim of delivering exceptional customer service and creating engaging and tailored retail experiences for all visitors. This will involve promoting a customer first approach in order to generate enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service and to ensure all are acting as ambassadors for Guinness and our Brand Home. You will also be actively involved in the staff training, development and offering coaching, while looking for ways of continuous improvement to ensure we are always market leading. 

The Team Leader will be responsible for proactively lead the Visitor Experience team to deliver a friendly and professional welcome to all visitors.

This role will require weekend and evening work.
