The GTM Engineer will design and manage the outbound automation system, optimize GTM workflows, and improve data quality using various tools and automation techniques.
Our Partner is currently looking for a GTM Engineer (part growth hacker, part automation wizard, part data ops architect) to supercharge their outbound engine.
Mission:
You'll be in charge of designing and owning the systems that power scalable, personalized outreach, connecting tools like Clay, Apollo, Lemlist & LinkedIn to build predictable, high-performing GTM workflows. So, if you love turning messy data into powerful automation, optimizing every click, and finding creative ways to scale outbound, this is your playground.
You will be responsible for:
- Building & owning the full outbound pipeline: from lead sourcing and enrichment to sequencing and CRM sync (Clay → Apollo → Lemlist → CRM).
- Automating workflows using APIs, Zapier, or Apps Script, eliminating manual tasks and improving efficiency.
- Optimizing performance by monitoring data across campaigns and continuously improving deliverability, targeting, and conversion.
- Managing data quality (deduplication, lead scoring, and enrichment) to ensure precision and relevance.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Growth & Strategy teams to align personas, messaging, and targeting.
- Ensuring deliverability excellence: managing warmups, DNS setups (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and domain reputation.
Requirements
Must Have
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in growth operations, marketing automation, or sales tech.
- Deep familiarity with tools like Clay, Apollo.io, and Lemlist (or similar).
- Strong Google Sheets / Excel and Apps Script skills (automation is second nature).
- Understanding of email deliverability, lead sourcing, and enrichment workflows.
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar).
- Knowledge of email warmup tools, DNS configuration, and domain management.
- A background in growth experimentation or GTM analytics.
Skills & Competences
- Analytical and resourceful: you love to debug, iterate, and improve.
- A proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-moving, experimental setup.
Benefits
Why Join Them
- Be the builder: You’ll own the automation backbone that drives our entire GTM engine.
- Freedom to experiment: We encourage you to test, break, and rebuild better systems.
- Impact from day one: Your work will directly influence pipeline, efficiency, and revenue.
- Work with a sharp, tech-savvy team: We move fast, think creatively, and value autonomy.
- Flexible setup: Work remotely or hybrid from anywhere in Greece.
