GTM Engineer (Full-Stack)

Naptha AI is seeking a talented Go-to-Market Engineer with full-stack development skills to join our innovative AI startup. In this role, you'll design and build technical experiments that showcase our cutting-edge AI technology to developers.

Working directly with our founding team, you'll create demo applications, integrations, interactive landing pages, and developer onboarding experiences. This position is perfect for engineers who combine strong technical abilities with growth mindset and want to make an immediate impact in a fast-paced environment.

• Design and build technical GTM experiments including demo apps, integrations, and interactive landing pages

• Work directly with the founders on small bet initiatives from idea to shipped product

• Integrate our AI technology into real-world use cases and showcase its value to developers

• Spin up mini tools, plugins, or prototypes to test positioning, features, or distribution channels

• Implement lightweight analytics to measure outcomes and iterate quickly

• Collaborate with backend engineers and product to ensure velocity and alignment

• Engage with early adopters (mostly developers) to gather feedback, unblock them, and learn what sticks
  

• Shape how our product gets into the hands of developers and how it evolves with them

• Work directly with the founding team in a no-red-tape environment

• Own projects end-to-end, from idea to implementation to impact

• Be one of the first hires in a company built on technical excellence and fast iteration

• 3–6 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, ideally in early-stage startups

• Strong front-end skills (React, Next.js or similar) and backend familiarity (Node, Python, etc.)

• Experience working with APIs, SDKs, or developer tooling is a big plus

• Ability to build and ship fast — even if it's scrappy, prioritizing learnings over perfect code

• Comfort jumping on calls with users, writing docs, or implementing quick fixes in production

• Bonus: Experience with AI/ML APIs, SDKs, or infrastructure tools

• Bonus: Experience in growth engineering, developer advocacy, or building for developers
