About the RoleWe’re looking for a full-stack Marketing Leader with strong growth DNA - a strategic and executional generalist who thrives at the intersection of brand, demand, and product marketing. This is a foundational role that will shape our go-to-market engine as we scale.
You’ll own the end-to-end marketing function: building and executing growth strategies, driving revenue through inbound demand, refining our brand voice, and building a small but high-performing team. You’ll be our architect and operator, a true business partner to sales, product, and leadership.
We expect marketing to become a key contributor to pipeline and revenue (~50%+), and you’ll be tasked with achieving that in a focused, creative, and performance-oriented way.
What You'll DoArchitect and execute Kota’s full-funnel marketing strategy, balancing demand generation, brand building, and product positioning.
Lead initiatives across digital (paid, SEO, content) and field (events, partnerships, community) to drive awareness and qualified pipeline.
Build and lead a high-performance team while also rolling up your sleeves as a player-coach.
Own and optimize the marketing tech stack (HubSpot, Google Ads, analytics tools) to drive data-driven decision-making.
Partner with sales to define lead quality, track attribution, and build alignment on pipeline targets and GTM motions (PLG and sales-led).
Develop Kota’s messaging and positioning by collaborating closely with our product team to sharpen how we talk to customers and how we differentiate ourselves in the market.
Rigorously experiment by A/B testing, analysing, and iterating to improve conversion, CAC, and velocity across the funnel.
Help shape the GTM motion strategy (SMB vs. enterprise) and hire accordingly.
Represent Kota at key industry events and communities to help establish thought leadership and expand our reach.
5+ years experience in growth, demand gen, or full-stack marketing roles, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech/financial services.
A channel operator who is also a commercially minded builder that thinks about revenue, not just MQLs.
Strong foundations in digital growth channels: paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle, analytics, and automation.
Experience building and managing lean, cross-functional marketing teams in early-stage or high-growth environments.
A confident collaborator who will interact with sales and product, and is comfortable owning pipeline targets.
Someone who is comfortable in a small-team, high-ownership environment and is willing to think strategically but execute tactically.
An empathetic, collaborative, and direct person who others love working with, and who lifts the standard for the team.
Bonus if you’ve worked across both SMB and enterprise segments, and are thoughtful about tailoring GTM to each.
