We're looking for a highly organised, collaborative Growth Enablement Program Manager to support the planning, communication, and execution of critical enablement initiatives across our Go-To-Market teams. This is a high-visibility opportunity to shape how enablement is delivered and experienced across Rapid7's go-to-market organization - while helping scale both execution quality and operational excellence.

The Growth Enablement Program Manager will be responsible for:
- Enablement Communications & Visibility - Own planning and execution of internal enablement communications, Partner with Enablement leads to distill programs into clear, timely communications that align to team priorities and resonate with GTM stakeholders.
- Program & Project Coordination - Support Enablement ICs and Team Leads in project planning, tracking, and execution to ensure milestones are clear, dependencies are managed, and blockers are escalated. Create and maintain shared project plans, briefs, timelines, and reporting templates to improve program consistency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration - Act as a connector between Enablement and cross-functional partners (e.g., Product Marketing, RevOps, CS Ops, Field Comms) to align timelines, communications, and deliverables. Represent the Enablement function in recurring cross-functional syncs to ensure alignment on GTM priorities, launches, and field readiness campaigns.
- Operational Support & Documentation - Help build scalable systems and templates for enablement planning, status tracking, and documentation. Support program retrospectives, learner feedback collection, and reporting by helping organize and synthesize inputs. Maintain enablement content repositories (e.g., Google Drive, CMS, internal wikis) in collaboration with content owners.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of experience in program management, enablement operations, field communications, or a similar GTM support role in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify and translate complex information for field audiences.
- Proven success managing multiple concurrent projects and enabling cross-functional teams to hit deadlines.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a bias for action and accountability.
- Collaborative, approachable, and effective at influencing without authority.
- Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or Smartsheet), and Slack.
- Familiarity with enablement, sales, or customer success environments is a strong plus.
