Job Description

Group Conference & Events Sales Manager | Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel
Based in Dublin’s vibrant Docklands, leading the Events Sales Team at Anantara The Marker, delivering exceptional guest experiences through strategic planning, operational excellence, and a passion for luxury hospitality.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full event lifecycle—from enquiry to execution—for conferences, weddings, and corporate events

• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to ensure seamless, on-brand event delivery

• Drive revenue growth through effective forecasting, budgeting, and cost control

• Lead, train, and inspire a high-performing team aligned with Leading Hotels of the World (LQA) standards

• Build strong client relationships and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction

Qualifications

Currently in a similar role in a luxury hotel with one to two years experience.

Must currently have the right to work in Ireland / EU full time.
