Responsibilities:

  • Develop high-quality static, animated and video creative assets tailored for paid performance marketing campaigns
  • Utilize industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, or others relevant to the role
  • Optimize creative assets for various platforms, ensuring adherence to each channel’s specifications and best practices
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, design, and social media.
  • Integrate emerging trends and platform-specific features into creative assets to enhance campaign performance
  • Work closely with performance, and creative teams to align designs with campaign goals and brand guidelines
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver innovative solutions
  • Ensure efficient workflows and maintain a high standard of production quality
  • Test and refine creative elements to improve engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with performance marketers to analyze campaign metrics and iterate on creative designs for optimal results
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role working with performance marketing creatives for paid advertising
  • Experience with industry-standard tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva, or others relevant to the role 
  • Native user of Tiktok, Snapchat, IG reels, Capcut, etc.. with ability to produce creative within these platforms
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and other similar data platforms such as Looker while being generally analytical in approach to work, post campaign analysis and iteration.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to their audience. They should also be able to stay up to date on digital creative trends and changes in the digital industry
  • Display a growth mindset with an interest in testing, iterating and improving creative assets based on performance to produce the best results 

Desirable qualities:

  • Previous experience working for (or within) a gambling company
  • Some interest in sports betting or casino gaming
