Role Overview

You’ll work closely with senior engineers and technical leads on projects that improve scalability, reliability, and performance across our healthcare platform. You’ll gain exposure to distributed systems, cloud technologies, and modern software practices in a supportive, learning-focused environment.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test new software features.
  • Contribute to backend and API development in languages such as Java, .NET/C#, and Python.
  • Participate in code reviews and learn best practices for clean, scalable, and secure software development.
  • Help maintain and improve existing systems, focusing on performance and reliability.
  • Work with data and cloud infrastructure to support distributed, high-performance systems.
  • Learn modern DevOps and CI/CD tools to contribute to automated build, testing, and deployment pipelines.
  • Engage in mentoring and technical training sessions led by senior engineers and architects.
  • Champion RxSense’ culture of innovation, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of programming fundamentals such as data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design.
  • Some experience with one or more modern programming languages (Java, C#, Python, or equivalent).
  • Interest in distributed systems, cloud computing, and large-scale software development.
  • Curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.
  • Passion for solving real-world problems through technology — especially in healthcare or data-driven environments.
What We Offer
  • Structured mentoring and training from experienced engineers and leaders.
  • Opportunity to work on impactful, large-scale software used by millions of people.
  • Exposure to modern engineering practices — from agile development to cloud-native architectures.
  • A collaborative, supportive culture that values ownership, curiosity, and innovation.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, with opportunities for professional growth.
