Role Summary

Support the EMEA sales operation organization by driving alignment between sales pipeline, customer forecasts, revenue targets, backlog coverage, and supply availability. Provide data-driven insights that improve forecast accuracy, optimize order fulfilment, and enhance decision-making across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with EMEA Sales team and CAS teams to align customer forecasts with sales pipeline opportunities, revenue commitments, and business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze forecast accuracy, identifying risks, opportunities, and demand shifts across key accounts within the EMEA region.
  • Serve as the EMEA business representative for the implementation and continuous enhancement of the global customer forecasting platform, ensuring regional forecasting requirements, business processes, and reporting needs are accurately captured and prioritized.
  • Develop and maintain revenue, backlog, and pipeline reporting to provide visibility into business performance and future demand.
  • Track backlog coverage against revenue targets, highlighting gaps and recommending actions to mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations teams to assess supply constraints, product availability, and capacity limitations.
  • Provide regular analysis of lead times, inventory positions, allocation requirements, and fulfilment performance across the EMEA region.
  • Support Sales Operations leadership with scenario planning, demand modelling, and business reviews to improve forecasting and operational execution.
  • Generate actionable insights through advanced Excel modelling, dashboard development, and data analysis.
  • Identify trends impacting order intake, bookings, backlog conversion, and revenue realization.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly business performance reports for senior management, highlighting key risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance forecasting processes, reporting accuracy, and cross-functional alignment.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Demand Planning, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Analytics.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including:
    • Pivot Tables
    • Power Query
    • Complex formulas (INDEX/MATCH, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, etc.)
    • Data modelling and forecasting
    • Dashboard creation and reporting automation
  • Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into clear business recommendations.
  • Experience managing forecasts, revenue reporting, backlog analysis, and sales performance metrics.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain, order management, inventory planning, and lead-time management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence Sales, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.
  • Experience supporting multi-country or regional operations across EMEA is highly desirable.
