We are looking for a Manager to lead a team of Business Development Associates. The primary responsibility of this team is to gather and analyze information about customers and potential customers. This will help us build deeper, more effective relationships and enhance our strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:

  • Hire Top Talent in active co-operation and alignment with our Graduate Recruitment Team.
  • Play a key role in recruitment events - to build the brand of Our New EMEA Rotation Grad Program and Build our Graduate Talent Pipeline
  • Train, Develop & Coach our Commercial Graduates on both the Sales and Solution Engineering tracks & Learning Curriuclums
  • Certifying that all our Grads have built the required skills and met the readiness thresholds to promote and hit the ground running in their next role as Sales Development Representative from the Sales Graduate Track and Solution Engineers (ESMB) from the Solution Engineer Track
  • Align closely with our SDR & Solution Engineering (ESMB) Leadership team on our Talent Flow to maximise promotion rates
  • Drive the Performance (KPIs) for both tracks, holding the teams accountable and Delivering on Monthly Objectives
  • Inspire and Motivate Our Graduates to follow our Company and Team Vision and Values and to go above and beyond on our learning and performance metrics
  • Regularly report on Team/Individual performance –to our aligned stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continual evolution of our Grad Program by identifying and making recommendations for improvement in the areas of Currculum, Process, Efficiency, Productivity etc

Required Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience successfully managing and/or mentoring people to achieve performance goals.
  • Proven experience working with Enterprise software, preferably in CRM, with a consistent proven track record of over achievement of quota expectations.
    Proven experience of successfully managing and/or aligning with multiple stakeholders to drive mutual success
  • Strong English required. European Language preferred but not essential for the role.
  • Outstanding communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
