About The Role:We're looking for a Global Vendor Manager (12 Months Fixed Term Contract), to own the end-to-end delivery and performance of our Business Process Outsource (BPO) partnerships. In this role, you'll lead day-to-day vendor operations, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure our outsourced services deliver exceptional results as we scale our digital transformation.
You'll be responsible for implementing programs and changes that enhance operational efficiency while maintaining the high customer satisfaction standards Notion is known for. A hybrid role based in Dublin, Ireland, you'll partner closely with vendor teams across EMEA and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders globally. This role includes approximately 30% travel to our European vendor site, and reports to the Head of Support, EMEA.

What You'll Achieve:Own vendor relationships and contract governance for all in-scope BPO partnerships, serving as the primary point of contact between Notion and our outsourced providers
Negotiate and manage high-value BPO contracts and commercial agreements that balance cost efficiency with service excellence
Drive operational excellence by providing strategic guidance, feedback, and leadership to ensure vendors consistently meet or exceed performance targets across quality, satisfaction, and efficiency metrics
Lead change management initiatives by overseeing vendor readiness for new program launches, process updates, and tool implementations
Ensure compliance and quality standards through regular audits, maintaining SOPs aligned with global best practices, and enforcing controls across all vendor operations
Partner cross-functionally with Business Operations, Finance, Procurement, and User Operations teams on planning, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives
Monitor performance and resolve escalations by implementing corrective action plans and proactively addressing operational challenges
Experience in negotiating, developing and managing complex BPO contracts
Strong business knowledge and ability to set clear expectations for Vendor based around business outcomes within a global multi-site operation
Strong communication and influencing skills
Proven experience of influencing other organisations where their support is critical to success
Analytical skills, ability to partner to build forecasting schemes and reporting models
Strong project/program management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Proven track record scaling outsourced support operations in high-growth technology companies
Cross-cultural collaboration skills with experience managing international partnerships and valuing diversity in virtual teams
Familiarity with Notion, Zendesk, and Tableau
Knowledge of international business practices and regulatory requirements across multiple regions
