Who we are looking for
Portfolio manager with proven experience in Global and/or US Value Equities, with the objective of running one of the strategies in the Equity Value Team while bringing a strong background on active management and Value Investing as well as strong ESG knowledge and ESG integration effort. The person in this role will be part of a team of 4 people, reporting to the Head of Value. The Equity Value team is part of the Equity Business line, which includes over 70 people across seven geographical locations. The candidate will need to be a team player, and open to actively engage with Value team members, the wider business line and other divisions in Amundi.

The Equity Value team is part of the Equity Business Line for Amundi, sharing strong fundamental bottom-up investment philosophy, and leveraging on internal fundamental research as well as ESG research. The Equity Value team is a well-established team, providing clients with an attractive equities franchise with a disciplined Value investing framework in European Equities, and with ambitions to expand this franchise into Global Equities.
What you will be responsible for
List key responsibilities & job duties
- Lead Portfolio management role on a Global Equity Value portfolio
- Joining the Equity Value team, with strong fundamental equity background, and being passionate on Value Investing.
- Actively share investment ideas, research, market views etc. with colleagues, contribute to the team internal Investment case database
- Select equities according to value investing framework, risk-return perspective and input from sector analyst
- Actively engage in the discussion and the decision process, both internally (within the business line and within Amundi) and externally (with companies, analysts, specialists…)
- Produce and share investment cases
- Integrate quantitative tools to optimize the portfolio allocation and monitor risk
- Develop and maintain risk control within the area
- Collaborate with communication and marketing, both internal and external, to support asset-gathering effort as required.
- Perform activity in a legal and compliant manner

Experience and Qualifications Requirements
- Relevant degree at B.Sc or M.Sc. level
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a portfolio management role
- Proven portfolio management experience in Global and/or US Value Equities, with a track record of managing equity strategies within an active investment framework.
- Strong background in value investing and analysis
- Demonstrated experience in active portfolio construction and risk management
- Established knowledge of ESG integration, with experience incorporating ESG research and sustainability considerations into investment decision-making.
- Experience working collaboratively in a cross-border, matrixed environment, with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with internal stakeholders, external market participants, and broader investment teams.
- CFA designation would be an advantage
