The Role & What You Will Be Doing
Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Global Regulatory Systems Support role will make an impact:
Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the Veeva RIM system release cycle, including vendor’s triannual releases and internal enhancements.
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge and practical application of the Veeva RIM system, including integrations and other system touchpoints.
Liaise between IT, RegOps, and SMEs to help prioritize changes to align with release cycles and business priorities, including hosting cross-functional release planning meetings.
Conduct impact assessments to evaluate business, technical, compliance, and documentation implications. This may also include translating technical release notes into clear and understandable language for business stakeholders. Define readiness criteria for both scheduling and deployment on system and process changes related to Veeva RIM.
Identify opportunities to streamline release management processes, testing strategies, and change management.
Collaborate with the Business Process team and Regional SMEs to brainstorm solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Interact effectively with colleagues across different regions.
About Your Skills & Experience
For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
BS/BA in technology field, life sciences field, or other relevant discipline
Proven experience with Applications/Systems used by Regulatory such as RIM systems, preferably within a large global company and with Veeva
Experience in Life Sciences industry, knowledge of GxP systems and surrounding processes
Ability to document business processes, multitask, and manage several projects in parallel
Highly organized and motivated
Vault Training / Vault Administrator credentials
Familiar with Reporting/Dashboards from Veeva Reports to PowerBI
