As the Head of Reward, you will lead the design, implementation, and management of CoachHub’s global compensation and benefits strategy. In this high-impact role, you will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including the broader People & Culture team, Finance, and Leadership, to develop reward initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent. You will ensure our total rewards approach is market-competitive, fair, and aligned with our company’s values and business goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Reward Leadership

Develop and implement a holistic reward strategy that enhances employee engagement, motivation, and retention.

Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our compensation and benefits offerings remain competitive and compelling.

Partner with Finance to align reward programs with budget planning and business objectives.
Compensation Design & Management

Oversee the design and administration of all compensation programs, including global job frameworks, virtual equity incentive plans (VSOP), and bonus structures.

Lead annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and performance-based pay processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Ensure compliance with global compensation regulations, working closely with Legal and Finance teams.
Equity & Long-Term Incentives

Manage the design, implementation, and communication of CoachHub’s VSOP virtual equity program, ensuring it effectively engages, retains, and rewards employees.

Provide expert guidance on equity-based compensation, aligning it with business growth and employee expectations.
Benefits & Wellbeing Programs

Develop and oversee a comprehensive benefits strategy, including health, wellness, retirement, and additional employee offerings.

Continuously evaluate and enhance benefits programs, ensuring they align with employee needs and market trends.

Drive effective communication of benefits to ensure employees understand and maximize their offerings.
Performance & Recognition

Design and manage performance-based reward programs that incentivize high performance and recognize key contributions.

Foster a culture of appreciation and engagement through structured recognition programs.
Data-Driven Insights & Compliance

Utilize HR analytics and compensation data to monitor program effectiveness and inform decision-making.

Prepare and present data-driven reports to senior leadership, including pay equity and gender pay gap analyses.

Ensure compliance with global compensation laws and best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Develop clear and engaging communication strategies to educate employees and managers on reward programs.

Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and leadership on reward-related matters.
Vendor & Supplier Management

Oversee relationships with market data providers, benefits vendors, and equity management platforms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and service excellence.
Team Leadership & Development
- Provide first-line leadership for the Reward & Analytics team, ensuring effective execution of reward programs and data analytics initiatives.
Who You Are
Experience & Qualifications

Strong experience in compensation, benefits, and total rewards, with a proven track record of designing and implementing global reward programs.

Deep expertise in compensation frameworks, job levelling, benchmarking, and equity-based incentives.

Strong understanding of sales compensation models, including pay mixes and variable incentives.

Experience managing and optimizing equity or virtual equity plans.
-
Proficiency in HRIS platforms (ideally Workday) and equity management tools (e.g., Ledgy, Global Shares, Shareworks) is a plus.
Skills & Abilities

Analytical & Data-Driven: Exceptional ability to interpret and present complex data, using tools like Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.

Strategic & Hands-On: Able to design high-level strategies while effectively executing operational reward programs.
