Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

  • Inspire, guide, and empower regional Recruitment Experience Partners (REP) leaders to cultivate inclusive, high-performing teams that represent the full spectrum of backgrounds, perspectives, and abilities within our global workforce. Prioritize equitable access to growth, development, and leadership opportunities for all team members. 

  • Collaborate closely with the Global Recruitment Business Partner (RBP) function to attract top talent for high-volume roles across all locations and units. 

  • Partner with Recruitment Business Partners (RBP) unit teams to co-create and deliver innovative, inclusive sourcing strategies for senior leadership roles, actively seeking out diverse candidate pools and removing barriers to advancement. 

  • Drive global recruitment efficiency by standardizing technology usage and leveraging accessible, AI-driven solutions. Implement consistent processes, tools, and compliance standards across regions to enable scalable, barrier-free, and inclusive hiring practices for all applicants, including those with disabilities or from underrepresented groups. 

  • Take responsibility for global recruitment performance metrics, leading continuous improvement initiatives that champion operational excellence, equity, and belonging. Foster a culture of data-informed, unbiased decision-making by utilizing KPIs and predictive analytics to identify gaps, and measure progress. 

  • Encourage a spirit of innovation and the adoption of best practices that prioritize inclusivity at every stage of the recruitment journey. Strive to deliver an outstanding, accessible, and respectful experience for all candidates and hiring managers, strengthening our employer brand as a welcoming and equitable workplace worldwide. 

Essential Requirements 

  • Proven experience leading global recruitment operations and driving process standardization. 

  • Strong leadership skills with ability to coach and develop diverse, high-performing teams. 

  • Expertise in implementing change and embedding best practices across complex corporate organizations. 

  • Deep knowledge of recruiting systems, tools, and data-driven decision-making methodologies. 

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to influence at all levels. 

  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments.   

Desirable Requirements 

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with artificial intelligence tools and analytics to enhance hiring outcomes
