The Role
As our Head of People Operations, you will be the driving force behind a seamless, people-centric, and digital-first People Operations function. You will design and optimize global HR processes, policies, and automation strategies to create a high-impact employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Partnering closely with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), leadership, and cross-functional teams, you will scale and digitalize our people processes while ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
Strategic People Operations & Digital Transformation

Develop and execute a global People Operations strategy that scales with company growth and aligns with business priorities.

Lead the automation and digitalization of HR processes, implementing self-service solutions that enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Build, optimize, and streamline people-centric processes across all six stages of the employee lifecycle (from onboarding to offboarding).

Define and enforce HR policies, guidelines, and global labor law compliance frameworks with a scalable, digital-first approach.

Create and maintain a centralized knowledge management system (e.g., handbooks, labor law references, policy repositories).

Partner closely with HRBPs and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution of people processes.
Operational Excellence & Employee Experience

Oversee the People Operations team, ensuring the effective execution of onboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and other key HR functions.

Continuously improve HR service delivery by implementing scalable self-service models that empower employees and managers.

Define metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of People Operations and drive data-informed decision-making.

Ensure compliance with global labor laws and regulations while balancing agility and business needs.

Enhance onboarding and offboarding processes, creating a smooth, engaging experience for employees at all levels.
Technology & Automation

Identify and implement HR technology solutions (HRIS, automation tools, AI-driven processes, etc.) that drive efficiency.

Lead process automation initiatives to reduce manual workload and improve operational scalability.

Ensure seamless integration of HR systems with other business tools (e.g., payroll, performance management, learning & development platforms).
What You Bring

Proven experience in a senior People Operations leadership role within a high-growth, fast-scaling environment.

Expertise in HR process automation, digitalization, and self-service implementation.

Strong knowledge of global labor laws and compliance best practices.

Experience in building and scaling people-centric operations while driving efficiency.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with HRBPs, leadership, and cross-functional teams.

Analytical and data-driven mindset, with experience using HR metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making.

Familiarity with modern HR tech stacks (HRIS, workflow automation, knowledge management tools, etc.).
