Who Are We Looking For? 

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our Global Human Resources team. The role will lead our global HR Advisory team and will be based in EMEA (any location with existing GHR coverage). It will work closely with our HR Business Partner & HR Country Head team – as well as with other GHR/CC COEs in order to provide support across a wide range of GHR related topics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a global team of 16-20 HR Advisors

  • Develop and implement the support model of HR Advisors, which will be to:

  • Support the HR BP / HR CH team to deliver the HR priorities for their respective client group or country
  • Partner with relevant GHR/CC COEs regionally and globally in the delivery of GHR products & processes to support business objectives
  • Actively support client groups through critical HR processes, e.g., TCP, Talent Review, etc.
  • Drive resolutions for client queries in close cooperation with HR Service Center and relevant GHR/CC COEs
  • Provide occasional backup support for HRBP / HR CH activities on an as-needed basis
  • Support M&A/Lift out implementation
  • Create standard support through the identification of activities that can moved from the HRBP/COE area to the Advisory space
  • Partner with HR Analytics to analyze people related data and derive critical business insights
  • Educate employees and managers on HR matters and ensure compliance with the Company's HR initiatives, processes and practices
  • Manage the capacity and deployment of the HR Advisors and of free HR BP capacities against our most critical deliverables. This includes and ongoing documentation of incoming demand and free capacities across the HR BP / HR CH / HR Advisory community

Job Requirements and Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Business, Labor Relations/Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or comparable education

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of diverse HR experience; client-facing and generalist experience is a strong differentiator

  • Experience in a global, matrix managed, corporate environment

  • Deep understanding of HR concepts, processes and principles gained through direct work experience

  • General knowledge of employment laws and relevant regulations

  • Strong process skills and project management experience

  • Proven track record to optimize processes and realize efficiencies

  • Practical leadership experience in managing diverse, cross-country teams

  • Willingness to learn and develop and potential to take on broader responsibilities
