What you’ll do at Deel

Deel is a global leader in enabling workforce mobility through innovative solutions. As we continue to scale, we are seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager (GM) to lead and expand our Mobility business, which is projected to grow into a significant revenue driver for our business over the next 12 months.


As the General Manager of Mobility, you will own the business's P&L and drive its growth and execution strategy. Reporting to the COO, you will lead a cross-functional team, with additional dotted-line reporting relationships across the organization. You will spearhead the vision and strategy for the Mobility business, ensuring alignment with customer needs and leveraging domain expertise in HR.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and drive P&L performance, managing costs and revenue optimization to achieve aggressive growth targets.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to meet customer and market demands.

  • Lead with data, using market insights and customer feedback to guide business decisions and product evolution.

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution, ensuring seamless collaboration between teams.

  • Partner with the product team to build solutions that meet customer needs, with a focus on mobility and immigration within HR tech.

  • Provide thought leadership to the organization on workforce mobility trends, regulatory frameworks, and opportunities.

  • Ensure operational excellence and the successful delivery of products and services to customers.

  • Act as a key decision-maker and advocate for the Mobility business within the broader organization.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of experience across operations and/or human capital management

  • Demonstrated success scaling high-growth businesses and driving P&L performance at senior leadership level

  • Track record of leading complex, global teams in fast-paced, matrixed organizations

  • Deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.

  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and prioritize effectively.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across diverse teams and levels of seniority.

  • Enthusiastic about joining Deel and contributing to the success of the Mobility business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment.
