GENERAL APPLICATION FOR TECHNICAL POSITIONS

Lead large, ambiguous product design initiatives across multiple product areas from discovery through launch and iteration. Define interaction patterns and visual systems, engage strategic customers, partner with Product and Engineering leaders, use AI tools in design workflows, ship code across design systems, web products, and mobile apps, and mentor other designers.

Supports and optimizes the Genesys contact center platform, including routing, IVR, omnichannel workflows, integrations, and flow logic. Troubleshoots platform incidents, monitors system performance, implements simple features, and supports voice, SMS, and email channels. Collaborates with Salesforce teams, technical support, telecom carriers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions and maintain reliable customer and agent experiences.

Build and operate a distributed telemetry data platform for ingest, processing, indexing, compression, storage, and query. Design APIs, horizontal scaling, fault tolerance, multi-environment deployments, customer data isolation, and high-performance systems supporting petabytes of data and millions of series. Engineers own projects from design through release and operations while solving complex distributed-systems challenges on a small founding team.
