Our digital nomad team of more than 1200 professionals works all over the world. Our teams of digital nomads live and work remotely from Cyprus, Malta, the USA, Thailand, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, Poland, Israel, Turkey, Latvia and many others.

We are looking for a talented Gamification Designer to join one of our most rapidly growing AI products. 

Your main tasks will be:

  • Development of concepts for new characters and interaction scenarios for chatbots. Approval with content and design departments.
  • Collaboration with the AI team and design team for integrating new ideas into the technical capabilities of the bots.
  • Coordination of creative sessions with the content team for idea generation.
  • Designing gamified elements in dialogues with bots considering user engagement and retention perspectives.
  • Analysis of user experience and suggesting improvements.
  • Control over the implementation of new mechanics. Ensuring that the implementation of mechanics aligns with the initial plans and goals.
  • Testing of characters.
  • Creating 'seasonal events' and thematic campaigns to maintain user interest.
  • Conducting tests on the target audience to assess engagement and interest levels.
  • Searching and analyzing new appealing characters and trends (oriented towards the USA). Forecasting future trends in media and AI.

    We expect from you:

    • 5-7 years in the gaming/animation industry or in the field of content creation for entertainment. 
    • Experience in creating characters for interactive products, understanding of gamification and user engagement
    • Knowledge of game design principles
    • Basic understanding of LiveOps

This money can be spent on the rent of the co-working room, on equipping the working place at home (desk, chair, Internet, etc.) during those 3 years;
