We are looking for a talented Gamification Designer to join one of our most rapidly growing AI products.
Your main tasks will be:
- Development of concepts for new characters and interaction scenarios for chatbots. Approval with content and design departments.
- Collaboration with the AI team and design team for integrating new ideas into the technical capabilities of the bots.
- Coordination of creative sessions with the content team for idea generation.
- Designing gamified elements in dialogues with bots considering user engagement and retention perspectives.
- Analysis of user experience and suggesting improvements.
- Control over the implementation of new mechanics. Ensuring that the implementation of mechanics aligns with the initial plans and goals.
- Testing of characters.
- Creating 'seasonal events' and thematic campaigns to maintain user interest.
- Conducting tests on the target audience to assess engagement and interest levels.
- Searching and analyzing new appealing characters and trends (oriented towards the USA). Forecasting future trends in media and AI.
We expect from you:
- 5-7 years in the gaming/animation industry or in the field of content creation for entertainment.
- Experience in creating characters for interactive products, understanding of gamification and user engagement
- Knowledge of game design principles
- Basic understanding of LiveOps
