We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Middle Office Manager, to join our FX Overlay Service Delivery team. This role is located in Dublin. 

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: 

  • Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of a Middle Office FX Overlay Operations team.
  • Manage relationships with a broad set of clients, resolve unique escalated transaction issues, and provide consultative support to develop service offerings tailored to new client needs.
  • Provide technical assistance on complex matters.
  • Ensure work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards.
  • Drive efficiencies in the daily environment – look to deploy AI, Digital Tools and automation initiatives on a consistent basis. 
  • Constantly identify opportunities for workflow improvement and operational efficiency, with a goal to reduce manual touchpoints and ongoing capacity creation.
  • Ensure procedures are properly documented. 
  • Direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
  • Responsible for publication and reporting of client KPIs to clients and showcasing these results in periodic service reviews.
  • Serve as escalation point of contact on various client relationships.
  • Participate in quarterly and ongoing development priority planning sessions and initiatives.
  • Partner with the Change team to assist in the design and deployment of change initiatives. 
  • Responsible for ensuring error reports are in compliance with service level agreements. Manages escalation and correction of errors.
  • Provides oversight on review of exceptions, ensuring all internal, external, and regulatory procedures are followed. 
  • Resolve complex, escalated issues. 
  • Instruct, assign, direct and review the work of team members. 
  • Assist in preparation of performance reviews and provides ongoing feedback to staff.
     

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of management experience preferred.
  • Strong expertise in client needs and requirements with the ability to execute and communicate functional strategy and recommend service improvements.
  • Proven leadership skills in recruiting, directing, motivating, and developing staff to function effectively as a team.
  • Experience in FX Overlay, Fund Accounting or the mutual fund industry strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record in implementing change. 
  • Proficiency with digital tools and foundational knowledge of AI mandatory.
