Support and manage ETF and fund listing processes across jurisdictions, prepare and review listing documentation, advise clients on timelines and obligations, coordinate with legal counsel, regulators and exchanges, manage cross-listings, monitor regulatory developments, and contribute to process improvements.
We are seeking an experienced Funds Listing Executive to join our International Funds Listings team, with a focus on Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs).
This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse international client base, including ETF issuers, asset managers, and leading law firms, in a fast-paced environment where precision, regulatory awareness, and client service are key.
You will play a key role in managing ETF and fund listings on Euronext Dublin and other major exchanges, while contributing to the continued growth of our listings platform.

This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in funds listings and in particular listing ETFs across many jurisdictions (EU and non-EU) and who enjoys working in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing ETF and Fund listing processes, from initial review and submission to approval and listing.
- Support the preparation and review of listing documentation and application.
- Assist in advising clients on listing timelines, requirements and ongoing obligations post-listing
- Assist in preparing project plans for clients to manage a multiple listing process
- Make applications to receive codes to support Funds and ETF listings
- Interpret and apply exchange rules and regulations, including Prospectus Regulation and UCITS
- Coordinate with legal counsel, external advisors, regulators, and stock exchanges
- Manage timelines and workflows to ensure efficient execution
- Liaise with Funds Registration Teams to coordinate timing of registrations required in advance of listing
- Support with cross-listings and dual listings and multi market projects
- Build strong working relationships with clients and internal teams
- Monitor regulatory developments impacting ETFs and Funds and ETF and Funds listings
- Contribute to internal process improvements and internal initiatives.
- Gain exposure to debt securities listings as part of a broader listings platform
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Background in ETF Listings, Funds Listings or financial regulation
- 1–3 years’ relevant experience
- Basic understanding of Fund structures and listings processes including ETF cross listings
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
- Proactive, reliable and eager to learn
