  • Maintain complete, audit-ready documentation and approval trails, and perform quality checks and reconciliations to support accurate and timely processing of operational data.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Dublin, Bendern and other locations to support process improvements across the wider FM Ops streams

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in financial services, fund operations, investment operations, payments, invoice processing, or fund accounting.
  • Good understanding of invoice workflows, GL coding, payment processing or accounting-related operational controls.
  • Strong attention to detail and a structured, control-oriented working style, including under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Good Excel skills and confidence working with operational systems, data and documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work independently as well as in an international team.
