Frontend Developer

We are seeking to hire a talented Frontend Developer who thrives in a collaborative environment, takes pride in building performant and intuitive user interfaces, and embraces modern development practices. You will be instrumental in maintaining and expanding our Vue.js-based applications while working closely with backend engineers, designers, and product owners.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain dynamic and responsive frontend applications using Vue.js.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs efficiently.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Develop and maintain frontend unit tests to ensure code quality and prevent regressions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving our development processes.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues to ensure optimal performance.
• Work within Azure DevOps for version control, CI/CD pipelines, and project management.
• Contribute to our automation testing framework (Playwright).
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development.
  

Key Requirements:

• 4+ years of commercial experience as a frontend developer.
• Strong proficiency in Vue.js (or another modern JavaScript framework, with a willingness to learn Vue.js).
• Experience with frontend unit testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Vue Test Utils.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.
• Knowledge of development tools like VSCode, Visual Studio, and SourceTree.
• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Basic understanding of backend integration principles (e.g., REST APIs).
• Familiarity with SQL Server concepts to better collaborate with backend teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Attention to detail and a passion for quality assurance.
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn.
