As our Front-end Developer, you’ll help design and build intuitive, impactful interfaces that empower traders & brokers to make confident, informed decisions.  You’ll collaborate with a skilled team of engineers and innovators, building high-performance applications that deliver real-time insight and impact.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Frontend Development: Build and maintain complex React applications with TypeScript, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• User Experience Design: Translate deep understanding of trader and broker workflows into intuitive, efficient UI/UX designs.
• Collaboration with Backend: Work with backend engineers to design and refine RESTful APIs, ensuring clean and efficient data exchange.
• Code Quality & Refactoring: Review, refactor, and improve existing frontend code to align with modern best practices.
• Testing & Automation: Establish and maintain a comprehensive test suite, including unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests (Playwright).
• Mentorship & Standards: Support and foster frontend best practices, coding standards, and UX principles across the team.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and propose improvements to architecture and tooling

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience with React & TypeScript: Advanced proficiency in building production‑grade applications
• REST Integration: Strong understanding of RESTful API design and consumption
• Testing: Experience setting up and maintaining automated test frameworks, especially Playwright for end‑to‑end testing
• Code Quality: Ability to refactor existing codebases for maintainability, readability, and performance
• Collaboration: Strong communication skills to work with backend developers, product owners, as well as our end users
• Speed of action: Experience from within a Fintech or scaling tech-based firm
• Any experience of the following would also be an advantage:
  • Familiarity with real‑time data handling (WebSockets, SignalR)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design
