Summary

We are looking for a creative and structured French Content Specialist to join the Product Content Team in Dublin, Ireland.

As a Content Specialist, you will be an integral part of the Product content team. Your primary job will be to write original content and localize content specifically for the French, Swiss and Belgian markets for the digital product range across the Smartbox group.

You will work closely with the Content Specialists for the other markets, Team Leaders and Category Managers to execute a dynamic content production plan for online products.

Responsibilities 

• Owner of the Online product content for your language;
• Write clear, attractive, engaging and high-quality content;
• Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are respected;
• With the help of AI tools, translate and localise existing content for the existing markets, when necessary;
• Coordinate with the designers to produce images selection for new product launch;
• Monitor and analyse performance of the Online products with the Category manager;
• Identify products that require content optimisation, coordinate and drive those optimisations;
• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic visibility;
• Accountable for managing the entire product lifecycle, from creation of the boxes to pushing the products online and renewal processes;

Essential Competencies/ skills:

• Excellent writing skills in French to a Native Standard, with knowledge of language nuances
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation and execution, preferably in an online or eCommerce environment
• Experience in delivering content in line with SEO objectives
• Creative mindset, superior attention to details and organisational skills
• Experience with content CMS and AI tools
